Urban Collage has been retained by owners of The Red Mile, the second oldest harness racing track in the country, to plan for potential real estate development in support of the track operations. Preliminary plans call for a mixed use destination of retail, office and residential focused on new public open space. An innovative process for public consideration of the development plan has been launched by the Lexington-Fayette County Planning Commission. More information can be found here.
