| Lexington Southend Design Guidelines Urban Collage was hired by EHI Consultants and the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government to develop a pattern book to guide the redevelopment of the Southend Park neighborhood located at the western edge of Downtown Lexington, KY. These recommendations will help shape the character of new development along the planned Newtown Pike Extension and guarantee high quality affordable housing options. |

| Historic Westside Village Urban Collage was contracted by a development team to prepare revised plans for the Historic Westside Village. Working for Trammell Crow Residential and HJ Russell, Urban Collage designed several options for a mixed-use infill project adjacent to an active MARTA rail station and along the historic Martin Luther King Jr. Drive corridor at Atlanta University Center. The final design included almost 40,000 square feet of storefront retail, 140 condominium units, 60 townhomes, a central public plaza, a new greenway along Carter Street and improved connections to the surrounding neighborhoods. |

Wisteria Square Urban Collage was contracted to complete a development plan for the first phase of Snellville's mixed-use Town Center, springing from the LCI plan prepared by Urban Collage in 2003. The mixed use development by Spohntown Corporation, covering 10.6 acres, included a wide variety of housing, retail and office uses organized around a new central plaza. The preliminary design of the project was instrumental in the award of over $2 million in LCI construction funds for the City of Snellville. The project is currently in the initial phases of construction. |

Elm Street Urban Collage worked with Tyler Place Community Development Corporation to prepare plans for the redevelopment of a residential street in the Vine City neighborhood. This effort is an outcome of the Vine City Redevelopment Plan, recently completed by Urban Collage, and designed to encourage quality infill and growth in one of Atlanta's oldest intown neighborhoods. The three-month process focused on a variety of housing options for the three-block corridor, including single-family detached and attached products. |

Downtown Livability Code Urban Collage, Inc. updated Downtown Atlanta’s Special Public Interest (SPI) zoning district by creating a set of Development Standards illustrating quality-of-life provisions in the zoning ordinance. The standards are graphically-based and comprehensive, covering most regulatory aspects guiding new development. As an interpretive tool, the standards help those not familiar with traditional zoning ordinances understand the spirit and intent underlying legal regulations. |

Macon Neighborhood Infill Contracted by the City of Macon, Urban Collage developed infill strategies for three neighborhoods on Macon’s south side. Products included historically compatible housing rehab guidelines, construction drawings for new single family homes, detailed parcel resubdivision strategies, development plans for two difficult urban sites and a comprehensive Revitalization Plan for the historic Beall’s Hill neighborhood. |

Suwanee City Hall Programming Analysis Urban Collage, Inc. recently completed a space needs assessment for the City of Suwanee’s administrative departments including the Suwanee Police Department. The study focused upon documenting existing space usage and projecting and accommodating future space needs over the next five to ten years. Study findings resulted in a proposal for constructing a New City Hall, modifying the existing City Hall to accommodate the Suwanee Police Department and modest renovations of other city facilities to improve efficiency and functionality. |

1st Congregation Urban Collage, Inc. prepared a detailed master site development plan for a historic church in Downtown Atlanta (National Register of Historic Places). The plan included various development options, site planning strategies, a development phasing plan, a 50,000 square foot addition, an urban courtyard, a parking deck and schematic design of a 200-unit mixed-use housing block. |
