Urban Collage recently developed a 2006 HOPE VI plan for the communities of Campbell Terrace and Delona Gardens in Fayetteville, North Carolina.  The project included a variety of development considerations including adaptive re-use, community gardens and orchards, senior housing, townhomes, single family homes, existing institution/educational structures and several additional areas under city ownership in the Old Wilmington Road neighborhood.

US-1 Corridor Study
Urban Collage is in the final stages of generating future land use and development scenarios for the US-1 Corridor northeast of Raleigh, North Carolina.  The overall study, which was initiated by The Capital Area MPO, focuses on evaluating transit and roadway alternatives for the corridor.  From abandonded vacant highway parcels to pastoral farmlands, the study aims to preserve existing environmental/agricultural areas while maximizing the potential of land ripe for mixed use development.

Suwanee City Hall Moving Forward
The City of Suwanee, GA recently held a design competition for their new city hall (Urban Collage Principal Bob Begle served as one of the jurors).  Three firms competed to design the 20,000 sq.ft. centerpiece to the city's town center.  Design of the City Hall will be based on the space needs analysis and program developed by Urban Collage in 2004.  City officials expect to break ground in September 2007 and move into the facility by the end of 2008.
