Campbell Terrace & Delona Gardens HOPE VI Plan Urban Collage recently developed a 2006 HOPE VI plan for the communities of Campbell Terrace and Delona Gardens in Fayetteville, North Carolina. The project included a variety of development considerations including adaptive re-use, community gardens and orchards, senior housing, townhomes, single family homes, existing institution/educational structures and several additional areas under city ownership in the Old Wilmington Road neighborhood. |

Downtown Norcross Strategic Development Plan Urban Collage is currently working with the City of Norcross, GA to prepare a strategic development plan for several key sites within the historic downtown area. By capitalizing on the collective opportunities of these sites, realistic development schemes are being generated that will further advance the vision of the Norcross Town Center LCI Study. |

New Hires! Senior Associate Teaching Planning Studio at GA Tech John Skach, Senior Associate at Urban Collage, is teaching a Fall City and Regional Planning Studio at The Georgia Institute of Technology. The studio will focus on the redevelopment of two large brownfield sites in the metro area: the GM Assembly Plant in Doraville and the Ford Assembly Plant in Hapeville. CODA Reunion
